INGREDIENTS
500 g pork mince1 tablespoon Golden Sun Fish Sauce
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon cornflour
2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon oil
Golden Sun Sweet Thai Chilli Dipping Sauce, to serve
PREPARATION
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Roll into approximately 20 balls and chill until ready to cook.
- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the meatballs for approximately 15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with the dipping sauce.
