565g Golden Sun Lychees in syrup, drained1/2 cup syrup from the Golden Sun Lychees
425g Golden Sun Mango Slices, drained and chopped
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 lime, squeezed
2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
PREPARATION
- Combine lychees, mangoes and strawberries in a bowl.
- Drizzle over the lychee syrup and lime juice.
- Scatter with chopped mint.
