Chocolate Cherry Brownie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Golden Sun Morello Cherries, drained
140 g chocolate
100 g butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cocoa

PREPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together over a low heat. Remove from heat, cool slightly then mix in sugar and eggs.
  3. Add sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa and drained cherries. Mix until combined then spread in lined slice tin.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. 
  5. Once cooled, dust with icing sugar and add additional cherries to serve.
